The pathetic loser's Photoshop gallery

Yes, I am the pathetic loser of all things photoshop. I have only barely begun to play around with this phenomenal graphics tool. I also am in the toying stages of Strata Studio Pro Blitz and Kai's Power Tools. I recently got Kai's Bryce which is one of the niftiest graphics programs I have found thus far. Anyway, these are some of the initial renders and things I have done with my limited experience in the realm of graphics design. I hope you don't find them too sad, and who knows, you may even find a couple of them kind of cool.

The Brand X Entrance image was created using a variety of tools. The main can itself was made with Strata Studio Pro Blitz 1.75. The background was made with the ever wonderous Kai Bryce 2.1. The text and compilation of the final parts was done in Adobe Photoshop 3.0.x

Now, its time for the Goo. The following were done in Kai's Power Goo, the neatest graphics tool this side of the Conspiracy. I took two pictures from our favorite FHM article and used Goo's fusion to create the first pic in the series. Then I used the Goo animator to funk the whole thing up. Included are a couple of freeze frames from the animation. I have the entire thing as a Quicktime but considering it was done at AVR-75 which makes the 11 seconds of it 18Mb I'll have to redo it at a chaffe resolution and compression in the near future for the web. UPDATE: Just finished the new smaller quicktime. It is 850K, I think you folks can handle that. Gillian Anderson Goo Quicktime

These two images were created in Adobe Photoshop using Kai's Power Tools almost exclusively. Kind of pointless but I think they're also kind of cool none the less. I just kept shoving the image through one effect after another until I got something that I thought looked fairly nifty. Makes an interesting background.
